Trigger Point
One night, just before a strong temptation in a dream, my body suddenly started to shiver intensely. It was the first time I had ever felt such a reaction, and it seemed like a danger alarm.
Choice Moment
At that instant, I realized there was no escape. It was only Yes or No. So I chose to fully trust the Heavenly Father and surrender myself to Him.
Result
Immediately, the Holy Spirit was present. I felt peace and gained discernment. Even the most terrifying and confusing dreams could no longer push me to the extreme.
Ongoing Guidance
From that moment onwards, the Spirit did not only protect me in dreams but also guided me step by step to leave behind destructive habits. Practices like astrology and fortune-telling, which once seemed attractive, lost their grip completely. At the same time, I began to discern clearly that the enemy has no real solution—only deception and despair.
Reflection
This experience showed me why God’s immediate and continuous help is so important. First, it proved His faithfulness—He is always ready to help. Second, it reminded me that true peace does not depend on circumstances but on the Spirit guarding the heart. Third, it strengthened my ability to discern, protecting me from deception and exposing the emptiness of the enemy’s schemes.

In short, my gratitude is a real testimony: the Holy Spirit’s immediate help turned danger into peace and discernment, and His ongoing guidance continues to free me from harmful habits while showing me that the enemy has no hope to offer.
