TESTIMONY
Before I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior, anger ruled my life. I married many men, but I treated each one with violence. If my husband annoyed me, I would beat him. Every man who lived with me eventually left because of my anger.
I had a spirit of anger that gave me strength I cannot explain. I feared no man. If anyone told me to go away and did not leave immediately, I would fight them. I even beat security guards who came to arrest me. I beat men three, four, five times—I lost count of how many.
The worst part was that I did not care when my marriages fell apart. I would just fight and destroy everything without feeling any regret. My anger became so bad that no one would accept me. I had no friends. Nobody wanted me in their home. I was completely alone.
This continued until I received Jesus Christ as my personal Savior. God saved me and changed my heart. The spirit of anger left me. The strength that once made me violent disappeared. I became a different person.
My current husband knew about my terrible past. People warned him not to marry me and told him how bad I was. But he believed in my change and married me anyway.
Now my life is completely different. I am gentle and peaceful. I have never fought my husband or beaten my children. God delivered me from anger and gave me a family. The years I spent with my former husbands cannot compare to the peace I now have with my loving husband and our children. I am so grateful to God.
