I was born on April 16, 2000. At 14, I joined the church, but it wasn't my heart's desire. My elder sister would often fight with me and urge me to attend church meetings. I decided to join to make her happy.
During a sermon, the pastor preached about 1 John 4:8, "He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love." The Word touched my heart, and I realized that despite knowing God as a Christian, I was filled with anger and fought with my family members. The scripture made me question how I could know God without love.
Overwhelmed, I cried and asked God to forgive my sins and fill me with love.
On April 10, 2014, I got baptized and received the Holy Spirit. Since then, I've given my life to the Lord and serve Him, sharing the message of God's love and salvation through Jesus Christ.
