TESTIMONY
My name is Saima Ghouri, and I worked as a sales girl in a makeup brand in 2016. I was the only Christian employee at that store, yet my sales performance consistently outshined that of my colleagues. I was deeply committed to my job, always performing my duties with honesty, dedication, and excellence.
During that time, my Muslim manager began pressuring me to convert from Christianity to Islam. I stood firm in my faith and politely refused, declaring that my faith in Jesus Christ is unshakable. When he realized that I would not change my beliefs—and that the company appreciated my hard work, even supporting me during Christmas holidays and giving me a Christmas allowance—he became resentful.
Soon after, he falsely accused me of misbehaving and speaking against Islam. Based on his false complaints, the company decided to terminate my employment, and within just two days, I was dismissed from my position.
Although I was hurt, I kept my faith strong, believing that God would open a better door for me. After two months of prayer and perseverance, the Lord blessed me with a new job with a higher salary and a better position. I continued my work faithfully and gave all glory to God.
A few months later, that same manager came to my new workplace to apply for a job. When he saw me there, he was ashamed and speechless. In that moment, I silently thanked my Lord Jesus Christ for His justice, faithfulness, and blessings.
