TESTIMONY

Praise the Lord, Church.

I thank God who saved me. It was not easy, but God saved me.

Before I got born again, I had a wife, and she got saved. However, I did not like anything to do with born-again people. After my wife gave her life to Christ, we developed misunderstandings because I rejected salvation. Eventually, we separated. She remained born again, but I refused to follow that path.

Later, I married another woman who was not born again. I lived with her after separating from my first wife. But after a short time, sickness came into our home. My wife became ill, and sadly, she passed away. I was deeply grieved.

At that time, I was living in a grass-thatched house. I had plenty of land, but I had nothing to use it for or to develop it.

Then the gospel was preached to me, and I received Christ as my Lord and Savior. After that, I met a born-again woman who agreed to marry me. We went for an introduction ceremony, and everything went well. Her parents welcomed me warmly.

Now we are together, and we have children. We understand each other, and our family is stable. It was very hard for me before—even building a permanent house seemed impossible. But I bless the Lord that, through working together with my wife, I was able to build a house. Now we are living well in our own home.

When I look at my life now, it is far better than the life I lived before. Whatever had held me in bondage was broken, and I am now free in Christ my Lord.

I want to speak to anyone who does not like the gospel or who despises preachers—whether those preaching on the roads or those who come to our homes. You never know where your help or deliverance will come from. Your deliverance is in the Lord.

If I had not accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior, I would not be where I am today. I give all the glory and honor to our Lord.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
